I have been asked why I undertook the million step challenge for SHOUT 85258?

It's a hard hitting answer .

I had a friend who took their own life in 2021 and this person had so many good friends but they did not ask for help. WHY ?

Life is very precious and everybody at some point in their lifetime is likely to have a difficult time but why is it difficult to ask for help ?

The way forward is not to remain silent , Don't think you just need to MAN-UP , Please talk and let people know how you are feeling.

I know from my own experience how challenging mental health conditions can be but you can get through it and I believe that I am a far better person now and more understanding and supportive .
