Walking for SHOUT85258

With the help and support from Dave Matthew-Jones and Mr Godric Smith I have set myself a challenge to walk a million steps by the 1st January 2022 with all funds raised being donated to SHOUT85258

I would like to ask for your help in raising funds for Shout85258 , Shout is a 24 hour crisis text line giving support to anyone who needs it.

Any donation would be very much appreciated . Could I ask you to consider sending the link to two other companies / people in the hope that we can increase the publicity and generate funding and through SHOUT 85258 offer a lifeline to those who may be struggling with day to day life ? your donation could save a life.

I am hoping that companies will make a donation to show their support for mental health in the work place and the general public will also make a donation to help provide funding for those who struggling with their mental health. Start talking about how you are feeling both at work and at home.
